Meta Prompt
The answer to the meta is a 5-letter word
When at first you can't solve someone else's meta, you're supposed to try and try again. The alternative is to come up with a meta of your own that utilises the meta mechanism that didn't work with that other meta. This is one of those. So have at it: and if you don't get it immediately then go and make your own meta! I guess this is the "pay-it-forward" approach to meta creation? Anyway, you're looking for a 5-letter word. Check out "The MOAT Mini Pack of Marching Bands" here: https://www.ephesusscroll.com/about/interest4.html. US$5 gets you 7 Marching Bands which, hard enough on their own, now contain metas too. And once again there's a mega-meta!

Woot woot! Hey, there sure are a lot of Xs in this puzzle. Hmm... there are FIVE of them. Hmm....

Even one in the central meta hint! ;-)

Nice one, thanks Ben! I often look for this sort of mechanism to be used, and it rarely is... so thank you for finally validating me! LOL

Took a minute, but just kept coming back to those 5 Xs. Then saw all the OXs. Then saw the Bs. Then slapped my forehead and said "Doh" and quickly found the answer. Thanks for the puzzle, Ben!

Fun meta - thanks! I'm curious - what was the meta that sparked this little gem?

I was all set to look for cereal brands too! Maybe I’ll save that idea in my meta ideas file…. Fun one!

"Boy that's a lot of X's", I remember remarking, there is 5 (when I finally changed NOR to XOR and CONTENT to CONTEXT) and "hey wait a minute...". I yelled out the answer and now the wife wants me to go antiquing (tried to explain the homophone thing but to no avail). Fun and doable puzzle, I like those. I also learned that there is a viola called a Gamba, perhaps because it looks like a leg, but maybe it is a shrimp? Anyway, fun morning.

I like it! And it wasn't X-Rated! Thanks, Ben!

Nice construction. I'm wondering if the puzzle might have been more challenging with a different title, one that didn't use the word BOX. I can't think of any, of course.

Late to the puzzle due to travels, but this one was simple and fun, thanks. Saw the Xs while filling the grid, and first thought after was to look for boxes.

It took some nudges, but finally....

The Q and Z got me thinking pangram, but there were way more X's than necessary... Late to the party (didn't look at any nudges or the solution), but nice to play anyway.
