I put this puzzle together while being treated for kidney stones - yikes, those little things are painful! So it is possible that this one won't hang together as well as you might expect. So with that caveat, jump in and see if you can solve the meta by discovering a two-word movie title. Answer & explanation: https://www.xword-muggles.com/viewtopic.php?p=120463#p120463
Check out "The MOAT Mini Pack of Marching Bands" here: https://www.ephesusscroll.com/about/interest4.html. US$5 gets you 7 Marching Bands which, hard enough on their own, now contain metas too. And once again there's a mega-meta!

What’s “The Greatest”? I must shamefully admit, I don’t know this movie. Though I very vaguely remember, maybe, a movie about and/or with Muhammad Ali by that title. Correct? Googling is turning up that movie, and an indie film from 2009.
I was thinking of the Mohammed Ali movie. But the only connection is that the puzzle title suggests looking for "best" in "ten". So I've hidden THE GREATEST between I and O. ;-)
I've never seen it either. I could have said the answer was a two-word phrase!

Solved, but still trying to figure out the title and meta theme. I suppose it's a play on words... "in ten" (10)? Thanks, Ben. Sorry about the kidney stones.
I just got a new (to me) TRS-80 Model 102 (laptop). It was a funny coincidence to see it in this grid.

I had circled the "ten" in the title but for some reason didn't take the next step to look up the moons of Jupiter. The first nudge got me to do that, and once I found Io I immediately realized what as going on and what had to be the mechanism, and it took seconds after that. Just too many metas at once competing for my attention, I think.
Was the pain rating with your kidney stone a 10 that got you to think of this idea?
I honestly don't remember what the seed was for this meta, but yes, dealing with kidney stones was the most pain I've ever experienced, and I really don't want to go through that again!
Fun puzzle Ben. The SE corner gave me some trouble, I am perhaps one of three people in the world that didn't know Elon kid's name (and probably one of thousands who think it is: Chemical symbol for Arsenic, Roman numeral 1, first odd composite number - AS I NINE!). The Central clue gave me the Intelligence to Answer (CIA for future reference). I too thought of Ali but a search turned up the Indie film which I plan to watch because it sounds good, so you've done me two favors today.
