        Do 28d answer and 36d clue bother you? One implies criticism, one doesn’t. One is Fair Use in copyright law, the other is not.

          I don't think they're mutually exclusive. I'd say that in most of Weird Al's songs, the music is parodic and the lyrics are satirical.
