        I could've sworn Matt Gaffney (Mr. Meta) did a Mission Impossible puzzle once, but I can't find it. So maybe I made that up.
        I did find this meta from Evan Birnholz. It's about every movie spy franchise except MI, so not what you're asking for. But as is often the case with Evan's metas, it's a freaking tour de force.

                This is a good page about how to implement a meta on Crosshare (see the third section). If you're asking how to construct a meta, I am still figuring that out myself, but I think solving puzzles tagged meta on Crosshare is a good start, as is the Outside the Blocks podcast and the Muggles Forum (though the last has a bit of a learning curve IMO).

                  I really enjoyed this one, along with the Mission Impossible theme.
                  There is a typo in "Dictators" in 67 Across that I'd like to point. I really did love the Dictator turn of phrase
