If you can complete the grid, and I've tried to make that as straight-forward as possible, I think you will find this meta on the easy side. The answer to the meta is a three word phrase. Answer & explanation: https://www.xword-muggles.com/viewtopic.php?p=132452#p132452
Check out "The MOAT Mini Pack of Marching Bands" here: https://www.ephesusscroll.com/about/interest4.html. US$5 gets you 7 Marching Bands which, hard enough on their own, now contain metas too. And once again there's a mega-meta!

Fun, thanks. Backsolved the one for 44A because for some reason it didn't jump to mind right away (even though it should). Did have to run the vowels at the 67A/54D crossing, but that was simple enough.

I enjoyed this one. Seeing the title, I surprised myself that I got it so quickly! Thanks, Ben.

Got it with the top third of the grid. Now I have to find the rest of the themes. Cuz it’s the yeast I can do. Ack!
Very fun! I "figure"d out what was going on fairly quickly, but enjoyed finding all of the idioms. And learned something new -- 32D. Had no idea that was a thing. Thanks Ben!
It is a thing. We in Australia like to celebrate Christmas with all of its Northern hemisphere traditions. But it can be rather surreal to have a huge roast dinner with turkey and glazed ham when it is over 40 degrees Celsius (that's well over 100 degrees in Fahrenheit) in the shade! Hence why some prefer to do it in July when it's nice and cold!
Love me a straightforward meta sometimes… especially when lunch break is short! Had to google for SE corner, but otherwise a challenging but doable grid! Thanks.
And that's a whole lot of fun! So glad you enjoyed it.

Enjoyable (especially some of the cluing) with a bit of detective work to complete the grid phrases. No backsolving needed, as the answer popped right out after I finished the grid and looked at the completion words I'd written next to their clues.
Well that was fun! I think I have made the ___ even though I was on the ___ for a while. Finally I figured “out with the ___” and since I was up with the ___ I had lots of time so I started with a clean ___. In the end it was my cup of ___, so a tip of my ___ since, with taking steady small bites, I was finally able to eat the ___ and (see above) MOAT.
Great puzzle Ben, amusing and informative, I now have a word for wanting to be alone, “I’m going ISO!”

I had to split this between lunches on Tuesday and today. But, I really enjoyed this one! Thanks, Ben.
