- I figured out TAKENOTES, CONSOLE, and CUTIE, but the number of theme entries were so dense that I got stuck. I gave up and clicked "Reveal Puzzle", and somehow I'm still not seeing it. Can you explain the theme? Thank you! I'm just feeling dumb right now. :)
- Don't feel dumb! I feel like I definitely made this one on the harder side. To make the the answers match the starred clues, you have to take (or remove) the note (DO, RE, MI, FA, SOL, LA, TI, DO) from each answer. So, if you remove DO from IDOLS, you get ILS, which is a "French pronoun." Likewise, pulling RE from PARER gets you PAR, or "Average." I'd considered putting bubbles around the notes, but I figured it'd be too much of a giveaway. Thanks for solving!

- remove "do" "re" "mi" "fa" etc. from the answers so "idols" becomes "ils", "amigo" becomes "ago"....
