Egocentrism (Meta)

Meta Prompt
The answer to the meta is a noun
I have a personal theory that the doctrine of Original Sin actually stems from the fact that we all view the world from our particular perspective. But some people take this to extremes. This puzzle will give you a chance to think fondly about any egocentrics you may know - as if they needed any more attention! The answer to the meta is a noun - very unspecific, I know. But if I've done it right, you should experience that lovely "click" we meta-junkies crave! Answer and explanation: https://www.xword-muggles.com/viewtopic.php?p=96135#p96135
Check out "The MOAT MEOW Mashup Pack" here: https://www.ephesusscroll.com/about/interest4.html. US$10 gives you access to 14 metas that don't always abide by the "rules" of the game. You won't quite know what to expect: asymmetry, 2-letter words, uncrossed letters, sometimes all of those, and sometimes none! One thing is for sure, these are some of the more creative metas my brain has been able to come up with. And there's more: this time there's a mega-meta!

You were right, the "aha" moment on this one was great. I had a feeling that both PREMIER and REMUNERATION had to do with the meta because the fill in the NW is... something else. (one of the reasons I had to use autocheck, but of course I don't mind that kind of thing in a meta). The title helped a lot on this one!

Looking over the grid in the lead-up to release (I constructed this puzzle ages ago now) I discovered that the grid was seriously tricky. Glad you persevered!

            Thank you!
I know this isn't your app, but I don't know how to submit feedback about it and maybe you do? When solving metas, I have a notepad or text-exdit window open on my computer as well as the browser window with the Crosshare app. If I switch "focus" to the notepad, Crosshare automatically pauses the app, which is a bother. Is this an optional feature that creators can disable? If not, maybe it should be?
            • benchen71 constructor · 2022-06-07T21:21:39.776Z
The app is on github, and it is possible to make feature requests there.

Got a bit tricked by the one space/two spaces issue but it all worked out very logically and symmetrically in the end, of course! Thanks, Ben!
