                Obviously not a true time(Solved on paper). 17 across excellent cluing. In 16D did you use BESEIGED as an indicator for a container for Kentucky (KY). I interpreted it as an indicator for an anagram, and if so, YK would be more apt. Thanks for a really enjoyable solve.
