    im not sure how much sense the theme makes 😭 i think of it as ’camp’, ‘wild’, etc. can each be a “starter” for the word ‘fire’, as in they can start it off in order to make a new word, like ‘campfire’ and ‘wildfire’… maybe its not difficult to get and this explanation is completely redundant but im terrible at judging how dumb my themes are.. i thought this one was cute enough to go through with though

      i think its okay regardless because its one of those themes where you can solve the puzzle just fine without getting it,, and it isnt even really my favorite part of the puzzle anyways

          Honestly, I think this explanation is redundant. I figured it out easily. But having those theme entries START with camp, wild, cross, etc. would double up the theme by not only starting fire, but also starting the theme entry. Nothing wrong with this one. Just a suggestion for the future.

                I think the theme works, I didn't really get it till I was done, but then realized it works well, you've got 5 good examples of __fire words, so they are "firestarters". Pretty solid all around. Thanks!

                        Very nice! Really liked all the fill. (The theme didn't really click for me until after I was done, but it didn't interfere with my solve.)
                        My only thought was if 21A should be “Artist” rather than “Artists”, but I’m not sure ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
