    To explain the 10A clue, finding this grid's fill involved writing Python code to make 3 custom word lists, and running Qxw on and off for 4 days. I wanted to find a grid that could be a valid (if inefficient) attempt at Wordle following the rules for Hard Mode ("Any revealed hints must be used in subsequent guesses"), whose solution is unique. I did not constrain the constructor by specifying any target words or cells - I CARED not for the meta answer. Hope you enjoyed the result! 😊

        How did you repeatedly run Qxw's auto fill without avoiding repeats? Did you just set the randomness high and hope it worked out?

          Oh, this was one of only a handful of valid fills I found, given my constraints and the word list I chose. All the others featured less-than-ideal words that I trimmed from the custom dictionaries before rerunning - consulting my notes, these words included EDALE, SNEAD, FRETA, CHERT, and KINER. From memory, after I removed MALIC, Qxw produced no result, so I settled for what I got!

                          Fun puzzle that took me a while because I thought my bottom two rows were wrong when the downs wouldn’t work. Missed the thick black bar signifying downs were only 5 letters and not 6 🤦‍♂️
