    I loved 32D being a cryptic-style clue without my having to struggle through a cryptic. (I solved it with the crosses, but in retrospect realized what it was and smiled.) The lower-left corner had a couple of cultural references I didn't know, but fortunately I was able to work around them. Thanks!
