Meta Prompt
The answer to the meta is a two word location suggested by the 3 long entries
I was trying to create an easy meta with this puzzle. But the grid had other ideas! I think you will find some challenges here. But persevere! I've tried to put lots of footholds in the clues, so if one area proves difficult, move to another region, and before you know it you will have it. Then you can turn to the meta, the answer to which is a two word location suggested by the 3 long entries. Answer and explanation: https://www.xword-muggles.com/viewtopic.php?p=97620#p97620
Check out the "Rejected (Non-meta) MOAT Pack" here: https://www.ephesusscroll.com/about/interest4.html. US$5 gets you 10 themed crosswords, most of which were rejected by one crossword publisher or another. Were those editors right to reject them? You be the judge!

Well it took me two tries because I felt it could be nothing else than the intro to every Star Trek episode, "Space: the final frontier. These are the voyages of the starship Enterprise. Its five-year mission: to explore strange new worlds. To seek out new life and new civilizations. To boldly go where no man has gone before!". I saw Space at the frontiers of the long answers and figured I had it. Yes Ben I saw that Space was the outermost part of each of those entries but I went with the common phrase of James T. Kirk. Liked it all the same.
