Sometime after I assembled the grid, I realized I should have tried building this with 15A15AHe wrote difficult piano pieces, and difficult transcriptions too[-----] and 16A16AHe wrote difficult piano pieces, but Godowsky made them even harder[------] in reverse order to get another pun in there, but I didn't want to undo the whole thing. Ah well, missed opportunity...
(Also, sorry about 29A29AInfamous *Magic* planeswalker character who ruined many game formats, and probably will ruin this crossword too[---]...)

I didn't have any trouble with that because the crosses were fairly kind to me. I found SW to be the toughest. Nice puzzle

Then you would have had to UN- 44A44AHe wrote the waltz? (Not just a waltz, but *the* waltz!)[-----] everything :-) Great barred grid

Very nice! (I am a total MTG n00b so 29A29AInfamous *Magic* planeswalker character who ruined many game formats, and probably will ruin this crossword too[---] doesn't inspire any particular 4D4DPeople can get lost in this[----] for me… but I enjoyed the musical content, both compositions/composers and theory!)

Love the classical slant of this one (along with the inclusion of Yes, who I spent countless hours listening to in the early 70s). Thanks for sharing!
