Meta Prompt
The meta is an answer to a question
I couldn't figure out this Capn Rick meta, https://crosshare.org/crosswords/fJCfC9hD0mDjOtyUdxhK/echo-location, so I made up this puzzle instead using the mechanism I wanted that puzzle to have.
This was a hard grid to fill and I apologize for some of the encyclopedic entries but .... I got really stuck in places. But I hope you find this puzzle ..... different.

    Love the unique grid! I, too, have not been able to do "Echo Location". While this grid was a lot harder than Cap'n Rick's, this was an easier meta.

      Actually I did get Cap'n Rick in the end. It turned out it was a lot easier than I was assuming it was.
      I know people say that but in this case it was..... Now as to your MOAT..... I should see something ... but I don't.
