Stinky Pinkies!

If you aren't familiar with the family car game, Stinky Pinkies, .... well, it should be evident what they are by this puzzle. (Although actually I have it backwards; here you are given the answers and you have to guess the clues).
Because of the gimmickry of the clues, I imagine this will be hard to solve (although it was no easy-peasy to create, either) so I've included some URLs as hints. A few might help you get started, although if I'm being honest, at least are here to justify my clues.

    WOW, what a gimmick. this was definitely out of my skill level without using checks, but i really admire the dedication--some of these angles are such deep cuts i don't know how you came up with them! i think my favorite clues are the ones for IPO, MACAU (amazing cluing angle--i have no idea how you thought of this!), LSAT, ARROW, CMA, UVRAY, and MIC.

      nice rhymes!! nice shout-out to wendy in your hyper viper clue... small pronunciation issue on 3A: lavigne is pronounced "luh-VEEN"... so maybe something like "pop-punk queen lavigne"
