Shifter (READ NOTE)

Constructor's Note
Copied the ruleset from the et tu post this was inspired by: the entries in this grid are shifted over, meaning they start somewhere other than the beginning of the word and wrap around. for example, GHOST in this grid would appear as HOSTG, OSTGH, STGHO, or TGHOS. every word is shifted, so no words will appear correctly in the grid. (Inspired by 7-Across Cruz: https://ettuetui.blogspot.com/2020/08/puzzle-twenty-seven-can-you-believe.html)
