At sixes and sevens, again

If you didn't read it on the other "At sixes and sevens" puzzle...
On 5 December 2021 (today, as I post this), I was lucky enough to be the one responsible for the daily crossword over at 7xwords.com.
This is one of the puzzles I rejected in favour of the published verison.
Other rejects I've published here are "At sixes and sevens" (natch), "Oh, Mitt!", and "Leave it alone".
