First go at setting, hope you like it!

Welcome, Wac! I really liked 4A (though enumerations or at least (2 wds.) would've been kind). Some feedback:
      • 1A: IDLER is a noun, [Lazy], the definition, is an adjective. Part of speech should always match between definition and answer.
      • 1D: Some solvers like indirect anagrams, but unless they're unambiguous (i.e., there's only one word that can substitute for [can]), I am not a fan of them. It creates too much work for the solver.
      • 3D: I don't get this. [One prays] for RABBI is fine, I guess, but I take [trimmed hair] to mean that I need a word for [hair] that I'm taking the first and last letters off. As for [being noticed], I assume that's meant to be a homophone somehow for "eye" to get to I, but there's no indicator. I suspect I'm just misreading something far simpler.
      • 5A: Again, indicating enumeration would help; I assume this is [It was me], though I don't love the duplication of WAS in the answer and clue. More importantly, this is an incorrect indirect anagram. [Junk] could be WASTE, but you're anagramming WAIST. Apologies if I missed your true intent!

        Hey, Thanks for the feedback!
I'll keep parts of speech in mind in the future. To be fair to myself, I initially made that clue for idle, but wanted to make it fit for the mini. Still, I should have thought about it.
For 3D: To be honest, I was trying to do too much. My intent was for "Hair being noticed" to make you think of hare and then another word for hare to be rabbit, and trim the t to get rabbi. Too many steps and not enough indicating.
For 5A: I was trying to use caught as a homophone indicator and ruined as anagram indicator. Junk > Waste > Waist. I'm not sure how fair it is though. I agree with the duplication in answer and clue, I don't think I even thought about it when setting.
