Constructor's Note
The title of the puzzle should help. There is one tricky aspect to this puzzle that may or may not be expected - a controversial crossword square.
This is my first puzzle using a Rebus square and I don’t know how I feel about it. Is it cheating? Is it just fine? Too soon to tell for me.

    Clever play with the rebus! IMO, she didn't seemed that divisive in the "Get Back," documentary...she was just kind of there all the time, haha.
