          Mostly good but a few minor quibbles though. I'm really not a fan of constructions such as "caramel center" and "many prime" but that's just a personal gripe. I would have liked to see "edges" rather than "edge" in 14-Across. Also, the anagram fodder for 6-Down is 15 letters, you've got an 'S' too many.
