            Definitely 11D, 12D, 13D. Also 16A, 18D, 19A, and 26D. Meanwhile, 9D, 27D, and 56A were a bit unusual but gettable. I got 64A off the crosses but still don’t understand the clue (when I see SNERD I think of Edgar Bergen).

              Good adapting. Re: 64A, I found one groundhog named Snerd, in North Carolina, but that just appears to be his name, not one used to apply to prognosticating groundhogs in general
