                I liked 6D and 43A as well, but I feel like something (tense? number?) doesn't quite agree on 6D.

                    Little baffled by 5A. Scrooge doesn’t have a party. Marley visits him in his home several times (via door knocker, via fireplace tiles, and then in full ghost form after eating). Not sure the clue works.
