I just want to offer a couple of notes about 12D: firstly, Viet Kong is a misspelling of Viet Cong; secondly (and more importantly), I'd strongly suggest using a different angle to clue TET. it can be done without reference to the vietnam war and its associated atrocities, so why not refer instead to a celebratory occasion which still happens every year?
