Fun solve! And very clever theme. And 38A was news to me, so that was a nice bonus!
A few minor errors or choices that slightly tarnished the experience:
17A: I think it’s fairer (if somewhat trite) to clue ESO as the Spanish pronoun. If you’re committed to this angle, I think “from Bethesda” is better than “for”.
41A: I got stuck on this for a while because of the clue/answer dupe of “OVER”.
67A: Feels forced. Per xwordinfo, it’s never been used in a NYT Shortz puzzle.
8D: Pretty sure this (only) makes sense if it’s “Rubik” rather “Rubrik” unless that is some kind of deep cut in the SPEED CUBER community. But also I’m not sure the clue parses right if it’s “Athlete with a Rubik” since Rubik is a person.
39D: OLA is how it’s spelled in Portuguese; HOLA is how it’s spelled in Spanish. But I think this is fixable by changing the clue to 36D since “SENHORAS” is also abbreviated SRAS.
I didn’t get the clue to 47D, unless it’s referring specifically to PENNY Pritzker.
