  Arena is only one area of the Hunger Games. Better answer for setting is Panem, as that is the setting and applies to all the settings.

    Thanks for your comment! 6A is indeed one of the clues that I had deliberately phrased in such a way that there were basically two very plausible options, the other being 7A. Since I had already chosen the "more difficult option" for 7A , I decided to take the option that was probably easier than the other one for 6A - also to keep the puzzle a bit more accessible to people who do not know the movie in detail, but do know the general story. So although both answers are valid, "Panem" is indeed more specific and narratively accurate. My apologies if you found the puzzle less enjoyable as a result.
