I didn't get that either, but I found this just now advertised on eBay. It's a cover for a Samsung Galaxy Note phone that's red, white, and blue. Not sure if it's the answer or not: https://www.ebay.com/itm/303759883982
Red, white, and blue are common colors of stars, which make up galaxies. As in, galaxies of the celestial type, not the phones. GALAXYNOTES, as in the phones, is what makes the answer a "real" thing. It's not the best because blue and red are way more common than white as galaxy colors, but I wanted to get three in there.
