Word Ladder 14

· By Sendhil Revuluri · Published 2024-04-07T03:24:52.080Z

Constructor's Note
Another puzzle seeded by suggestions from my kids. (This was from my daughter, whose class did an exploration of color last term at school.) Tried to clue this one on the harder side, and then decided to try out including some “hints” (using spoiler text). Any feedback about how it turned out appreciated! I think that was the first word ladder I've done. Very fun.

Awesome! There are several other folks who have constructed a bunch of good (likely better) ones too. If you want more, there are plenty here and here (there doesn't seem to be consensus on which one is "canonical" so I have just used both so far).
