          They're quite interesting to see; I've never actually eaten one. Apparently they are a varietal of citron. Basic info here and interesting article about why they are so expensive here.

              Nice! One thing I would say is that generally, it's bad form to have words repeated in the clues and answers -- e.g. PERU and the word "Peru" in the clue for NORTE. Maybe use different countries, e.g. "Dirección from Argentina to Bolivia"?
