Wonderful first effort, but there are some major structural issues throughout, especially around the bottom where an incorrectly-spelled word features at 72-A. That being said, it's hard to make one of these and getting so close to a functional 15x15 grid on your first try is incredible! Keep it up and I can't wait to see what you do next.

What sort of structural issues do you notice? I've tried to watch some videos on how people put the grids together but I'm not sure I fully understand what makes a good vs bad structure.

Really strong grid and fun solve! Enjoyed some of the clues. Only issue was in the bottom center — THEIF is misspelled (maybe could rescue it by cluing it as “the if”) and NHI is unfamiliar at best (the British system is pretty universally known as the NHS). But overall very clean and natural fill, and a light and pleasant theme. Look forward to more puzzles in the future!

Thank you so much! I normally am pretty pedantic about spelling so I don't know how I missed that!

You could fix that section by changing PATHO and THEIF into PEKOE and STARR. (Substituting REGAL for REGIA would give even better options.)
