    It's the painting "The Phantom Horseman", painted by Sir John Gilbert in the late 19th century. I can find little information about it, but it is said to found in a museum in Birmingham. The photo - like all the photos I use for my puzzles - is from Unsplash. I just wanted to make sure the image/artwork is in the public domain.
