I kept wondering what I had wrong, it was IONA instead of IONE (just another day of me mixing up my crosswordese - for some reason the name EDNA at 57D seemed to ring a bell but I was quickly proven wrong). I got the bed pun at 20D and I had ____H_E_S... I almost put in DEATHBEDS. What's wrong with me today?
Great clue there but my favorite one is 33A.

Cool fact on Ione Skye - she's the daughter of the 60s singer Donovan, which I didn't learn til cluing this puzzle. HIs songs are heavily Buddhist-influenced and I listen to him pretty regularly. Any way, thanks for solving!
