Cryptic Articles 2

Grammatically speaking, the ARTICLES in English are A, AN and THE, so "The topic of putting article on the setter (5)" would be (article=THE) + (setter = ME) = THEME = topic. But other languages have articles, too: the French for A or AN is UN or UNE, the French for THE is LE, LA, L' or LES; the German for A or AN is EIN or EINE, the German for THE is DER, DIE or DAS; the Spanish for THE is EL, LA, LOS or LAS; the Italian for THE is IL, LA (and a few others which aren't relevant here), so "A French and the German are below (5)" would probably be (UN= A in French) + (DER = THE in German) = UNDER = below
