A restaurant themed word ladder crossnumber puzzle. Words may have numbers in place of letters, e.g. SK8R instead of SKATER. The downs will tell you the sum of the numbers in the columns. Each row changes a single character. For the observant, there are clues as to when an answer includes a digit. Bon appétit!
How one might sit in a chair (with down) or the onomatopoeic word for something dropping into water without a splash. I’ve restrained from the scatological clueing on this one.
