Hmmm… so 11A… ENTs are Ear, Nose, & Throat doctors. Neurologists are head doctors (neuro disorders, headaches, migraines) or even Oncologists for brain tumors. A doctor for the neck would be orthopedics for the spine or maybe pain management or PT for the tissue, but not ENTs. They limit themselves to inner ears, sinuses, and throats only. Definitely not necks.

Yes, but an ENT doesn't look at your neck, which is around your throat. They look at your throat. They also don't look at your head. They look a few parts that make up part of the head. The distinction may seem silly to you because it's a puzzle but ENTs are very specific in the areas they treat. Words matter, even in a puzzle. I felt it was a poorly worded clue for that and am entitled to that opinion, especially when the rest of the puzzle was so strong!
