  I expect it's obvious, but the filled grid would look exactly the same flipped horizontally (upside-down) or vertically (backward).

  I messed up on the water entry but did great ( and loved!) the biotin/ascorbic acid one. Go figure! Nice work, Barbara!

      Nah -- don't be! I didn't know it -- I just saw where the puzzle was going and extrapolated. Never even knew there was a vitamin H because I learned my nutritional facts from The Three Stooges: "Vitamins A, B, C, D, E, F, gee I like food!" (Curly)
