    Okay, lot’s of awesome clues and answers without having to reach to the depths of the www for an obscure reference. Excellent. OTB? Genius. Can’t count the number of times I’ve played The Girl from Ipanema, which eventually becomes The Girl with Emphysema on the set list. Got to see Ron Carter and Jim Hall play as a duo at a club in Greenwich Village back in the 80s. Around the corner on a different night I saw Randy Brecker, Elaine Elias, Eddie Gomez, and Peter Erskine (band was called Giant Steps). Mind blown.
