It is a factorial prime — one more or less than a factorial. In this case, 7 = 3! + 1.
I struggled to write it for correct parsing (especially with the cross-reference); any revision suggestions welcome!

Ahh, it was not obvious to me that the “prime” distributed over all of the qualifiers, but it makes sense in retrospect, because there’s no noun otherwise!
