  It's not easy to make a compelling theme in a mini, but between the title (which suggests slowing down) and the three different takes on "hold up," I think you nailed it. Well played!

  fun theme with different senses of "hold up"! especially love the clue for YETI and CASTA. i can't do cryptics, so it was so fun to actually solve a puzzle by you!
