  Agree on 6A. In 4D I’ve always thought of BRUT as meaning “less sweet” and not “lower dosage”. And hoping someone can explain the second half of 5A’s clue!

    For 4D, dosage and sweetness are essentially the same. Technically speaking though, the term is dosage if you were a champenois in the champagne region of France!
