Good stuff in here (especially 11A, 17A, 19A, 21A, 13D and my personal favorite 22D), so I'm just going to call out the nitpicks for the future, if that's OK!
1A: Seems like there might be a shared root in the (10) part of the clue.
9A: I have MITT for hand, which means TED overlaps. I do see that MIT is a variant in some dictionaries, but I would either find a way to indicate that or to avoid such uses.
      14A: Definitely seems shared root-y.
23A: One of these days, I'm going to understand what constitutes a "cryptic definition"!
28A: I love the definition but the surface sounds a little strained.
1D: Love the wordplay, but the surface is nonsense.
2D: What's the parse on this?
10D: YMMV, but I agree with the stance that a hidden clue must be completely covered by the surface.
14D: I didn't parse this one. Is it supposed to be a homophone of "Late unrest"?
      18D: I don't see how to get [a hill] = BRIDGE.
24D: Shared root again, but I love this one.

9A: hmm, probably a mistake, but perhaps supposed to be Theodore = ED? I know Ted can be short for Edward as well as Theodore, but I don't think Ed is commonly used as a definition for Theodore.
        2D: E(x->N)ACTED [Twitter=X, N is an abbreviation for name]
        14D: homophone of "late arrest"
        18D: "half a Swedish band" = AB(-ba) + a hill = RIDGE
        • Aaron Riccio 11:15 · 2024-06-10T11:55:10.933Z
9A: Yeah, Edward = ED is used elsewhere, so even if this was meant to be Theodore = ED, I'd still try to revise the clue to avoid a similar indicator.
2D: Ah, gotcha. I would probably have gone with [Twitter is replaced with name] to make that a little more straightforward; EXACTED and ENACTED are, I think, tough enough already (particularly the latter, where [accomplished] isn't quite exact).
14D: Ah, /arrest/! Of course! Unfortunate for me that /unrest/ was similar enough to [apprehension] that I stopped looking for other synonyms.
18D: Thanks! I had the AB[-ba] part and somehow thought I still had BRIDGE; this is why I normally solve with pen and paper.

Dead on on 2D, 14D, and 18D! And on my mistake for 9A lol

Thanks for your detailed comments! I really appreciate them. 22D was my favorite as well
1A: hmm that's a solid point, I circled around that one for a while but thought they were distinct enough, but you're probably right
9A: Yep, you're fully right, I think when I was writing the clue I just misparsed my own clue and counted the T twice, Edward would have worked better!
14A: Further evidence that I haven't internalized the shared root rule yet!
23A: Yeah I also don't understand them, tbh the only reason I did it here is because I was suddenly faced with the challenge of simply defining feminism and took the easy way out lol
28A: this was the result of a hard pivot when I realized I couldn't use 'musical' as a definition after writing my initial clue! I definitely agree, if I had some more time I would have tried to edit this one a bit more (that implies my deadlines are anything but self-imposed which they are not)
AuLeaf had the right prase for 2D!
10D: I actually hadn't heard that before, but I think mostly because it hasn't come up before. your way makes sense to me!
14D and 18D: AuLeaf got it again!

            14D definitely my favorite

Thanks! That was some of the furthest I've had to reach before finding a homophone that still worked
