It's not "The Last Time I saw Richard"

Meta Prompt
The answer to the meta is a Joni Mitchell song (actually a Joni Mitchell song is the answer to everything)
Difficulty level: 1... And I'm sticking with it. They don't get easier than this.
.... but the grid.... The grid may (or may not) be gruesome.
I once joked about a meta prompt being something like "The answer to the meta is a fifth track on the second side of Joni Mitchell's album 'Blue'". This isn't quite that but I think if it were it wouldn't significant lessen the ease of the meta. This might be one of those metas where the enjoyment is the same if you were just handed the answer.

The grid was, in fact, gruesome! But yes, the meta was pretty easy. Thanks woozy!

LOL. Spot on description. The grid was.... tough!! But hallelujah I got the meta. And it's even a song I know. BTW I didn't know "The Last Time I Saw Richard" but I looked it up just in case it held a key to the meta.

I can't remember why I thought itd be so funny to specify it wasnt "tltisr". I was having a hard time thinking of a title. There just wasn't one. And phrases were just coming to her. And somehow I remembered reading somewhere that LTISR really registered with with the most people. (I always liked the line about marrying a figure skater and buying a coffee perculator). So I thought. Hey the meta is easy enough why not just toss out an off the wall unrelated observation.
It seemed funny at the time.

I see what you mean! -- Then half way thru I remembered and noticed the easy meta business, and it got a lot easier to fill. :-) That center east was still a bear so I happily used reveal. Thank you crosshare and thank you, woozy!

The grid wasn't that bad. I had to get help on two squares, where 32A crosses 34D and 35D. The meta, on the other hand, was as advertised; I saw it before I was half done with the grid. And hey, thanks to a comment below, I just looked up "The Last Time I Saw Richard" and learned that it's not just a random six words thrown together.
