  I get the need for SEO, but maybe some of these sites could put the recipe first and the life story second?

  nice puzzle! on the SEO note, I often ctrl-F for "yield" on looooong blog posts and it takes you right to the recipe with no scrolling, but I'm not sure if it's a clever lifehack or a sad sign that it has come to this...
