Well, will you look at that: 200 metas! Goodness, I never thought I would see the day when I could say that. "Financial Downturn" (https://crosshare.org/crosswords/4DxgBqcHR4PwVbG4bkjA/financial-downturn-meta) doesn't feel like such a long time ago. Anyway, I'm not showing any signs of stopping, so here's to many more metas to come! Which brings us to this special, celebratory meta. There isn't much I can say about this one, so just jump in. The answer to the meta is a board game. (Note that this is not a tricky meta: your challenge is to try to solve the meta before you get to the bottom row!) Check out "The MOAT Mini Pack of Marching Bands" here: https://www.ephesusscroll.com/about/interest4.html. US$5 gets you 7 Marching Bands which, hard enough on their own, now contain metas too. And once again there's a mega-meta!
Congratulations, Ben!
I guessed Monopoly from the start (collect $200 as you pass Go), although I see 5 Go’s on the way to the bottom!?! Also - was the “Cel” top left an Easter egg (just visiting jail cell)? I was expecting “Cop” bottom right hah. Thanks again for all the brilliant puzzles Ben. May a bank err in your favour.
Nicely constructed -- although I do wonder why you picked such an obscure property of the number 200, when it is also, for instance, the number of NASCAR Cup Series races won by Richard Petty, and the temperature of quark–gluon plasma phase transition (thanks, Wikipedia).
Confess that I thought it was going to be GO before I got to the bottom. Didn't see the true mechanism until TAN/GO but the abundance of GO starts jumped out. Cool idea, congrats on 200!

OK, where's my $200? (I'll even take Aussie dollars.)
Quite the feat my friend! I was thinking CTRL and SCAPE ...maybe ESCAPE and some other things but the GOs gave it away (TANGO especially since i had the rest of the downs filled and saw GO though initially I thought it was going to be TAN dropping down on GO, TETRIS homage). Apologies to Hector but I think he missed the most obvious less obscure reference, 200 shekels of silver which repeatedly shows up in the Bible and Silver Coin the fascinating card game with a werewolf twist (Now THAT'S a Google rabbit hole for ya).
I did get it before finishing the grid... but I wanted to finish the grid first anyway. Too much fun! Congratulations on the milestone and all those fabulous metas!
Wow, all you sophisticated board game people! I didn't even KNOW there was a game called GO (or if I did I forgot) until you mentioned it. Just as well, I'd have surely gotten the meta wrong. Monopoly was about as sophisticated a game as I played as a kid, well other than some very high level Chutes and Ladders or Candyland.

I know OF Go only because my brainiac son plays it. It's highly strategic & analytical, so it would definitely not be my game. Pictionary now... THERE's a game! ( :
