  Wow, these are really challenging! Don't pay attention to my time of 1:35 - I printed the puzzle off and it took about 15 minutes to go through and figure it all out Keep 'em coming, these are great!

  Very entertaining! 7D Now that's my type of clue! 8A and 4D - I didn't like these! "Doomsdate" - what an awful, awful word. I think that you are being constrained by the suggestions of the Constructor. If you don't like a word, make changes; don't struggle with a clue just because a dodgy word fits into the grid. I've lost count of the grids that I've abandoned!

  Fun puzzle. The wordplay for 4d is fair and relatively straightforward, but the definition didn't work for me. Same for 8a. Like the wordplay, but the word / definition seems a stretch. Thanks for sharing!

    If it wasn't clear, the definition is meant to read as: one might exclaim "...you're dead!" upon seeing a ghost The final baktun of the Mayan calendar is an example of a doomsdate (the 2012 doomsday prediction)

  Doomsdate was the one that tripped me up as well... but if I got it anyone can... so nice to see you come into your own with these, but with someone as prolific and dedicated as you thats no surprise... they say practice makes practice... I wish I knew how to begin but alas
