My last mini cryptic had errors and strenuous definitions and was not good. So, in honour, I have made my worst cryptic, so that all other cryptics after this are sure to be better. Each word here is misspelled, and the clues will parse accordingly although the definition part of the clue will reference the correct term. This is an experiment and may go completely wrong, but if there's any mini for it to go wrong, it's this one.
SOLUTIONS:
1A: TIEPO-TYPO (anag. of poeti) 4A: KETEL-KETTLE (LEEK back and taking content of faTal) 5A: SCENTS/CENTS-SENSE (triple homophone shenanigans that I feel sorry for inflicting on you)
1D: TIKKS-TICKS (Leads of Trilogy Ideally Keeps Korean Star) 2D: EATON-ETON (NOTE rising and taking A) 3D: OLLEE-OLLIE (bOLd fLEEt)
I originally read the instructions as meaning that every word in every clue was misspelled, so I guess you could make an even worse puzzle haha. I really appreciated the thematic 1A entry. My nitpicks are that “content of” in 4A feels like it should clue everything between the first and last letters i.e. ATA, and in 5A, there’s no reason (I can see) why SENCE couldn’t also be a valid answer (given the rest of the entries are non-words). But otherwise pretty solid cluing throughout, and a fun gimmick, thanks!
Ah, I should have been more careful with “content” and how ambiguous the misspellings can be. Thanks for the advice and hope you liked the puzzle nonetheless.

Such a weird concept, and so strange to realise how other people would misspell things differently to me! Something that really threw me, however, is 2D - it's not a university, it's a public school (further research tells me there IS a university of that name, but as a UK citizen, I'd never heard of it before - is it better known in the US?)
