    cluing was really good in this puzzle! i like the rhyming clues with EWE and MOO, the cluing angle for MARIMBA, and the pun on TRI. the spanners DREAMON and IMEANIT were also great!

        Fun, thank you! Agree with @heron. I didn’t fully understand the clue for OER (but figured it out nonetheless, and also it was funny so it’s more than fine!)

          I think Jack's referencing the fact that many singers bend up an octave halfway through that word, for dramatic effect.

          Fresh and fun! Thanks for sharing. @Sendhil, I think the clue on OER is a depiction of how so many anthem singers jump up (a 4th) on the word "free".
