Constructor's Note
A proof of concept puzzle. Hoping to do this ‘structure’ on a larger scale if it’s well received.
Made with love and a little parkmad

Interesting idea. Given that all the reversed entries are asterisked, there was really only one “aha” moment. Somewhat separate, but I’d just want the entries with unchecked squares (e.g., RRR to be wholly unambiguous and likely as accessible as possible).

very ingenious idea! i do agree with a lot of sendhil's comments, but it would definitely be fun to play more of these in the future!

I’m very excited to try to refine the idea! Thanks!
Also, I wish there was preview puzzle option so you could test it before publishing. Would make creating things like this a lot easier and not have to wait hours for sun utter corrections to take effect. Just finished another puzzle, but don’t want to share it for another few hours because of this
