Very fun, loved the math theme!! I'm not sure about CSC - this isn't a known US Gov Agency. The closest agency described would be OSHA. Maybe you have it mixed up with the private contracting company CSC? I'd recommend editing the clue. Overall great puzzle!! Cheers
I was going for Civil Service Commission, which the U.S. used to have but stopped funding. Such programs still exist in other countries though, like the UK.(https://civilservicecommission.independent.gov.uk) I agree that it's not well known, so I've changed the cluing to reference cancer stem cells. Nice that's a great clue change! If going for general gov agencies, I think sticking with one country or being more specific about the country could help playability (FDA is used in 1A so it might be assumed the other gov references in present tense are USA based). Ty for reply!
