Fun one! And I enjoyed reading about your process. I almost got it but EARHART tripped me up - seems so obvious now 😂

Really enjoyed it! SW corner was my undoing. Enjoyed the journal. I liked seeing CANCELCULTURE even if it is freighted (imo) with politics. Had a good time all around! Thanks!

yeah its one of those words that looks great in a grid but is a nightmare to clue impartially

Hey Pixlate, this was great! I really appreciated the range of your clues - from Bierce Books and Shepard tones to Bitcoin and the Simpsons, this puzzle had it all. Also, thanks for sharing your process. As someone who just started constructing on this site recently, it was good to see another author's process of fighting through the tough corners and decrypting the esoteric entries to emerge with a very enjoyable grid.

No problem! I'm firmly of the belief that difficulty shouldn't come from the words themselves but the cluing. Glad you enjoyed the puzzle + notes and I'll look out for any puzzles from you in the near future :)

Accidentally hit the reveal puzzle when I was stuck on a square. Obviously, this can't be undone, nor is there a redo puzzle option.
                        Great site 10/10 smh
