    I sing the song in my head every time I see that word, or have to put laces in a shoe haha. I will not pretend for one second that I ever knew that word before the song :-)

  Apparently Andy Warhol (and other artists) used a 1D — which I found intriguing both in itself and because the two fall in distinctly different eras for me! (One of many things I learned during our visit to this exhibit at the MCA over break…)

    Many computer nerds I know held on to their 1D for as long as they could, and cherished them. I'm old enough to have used one, but made different choices and never came across one long enough to fall in love with it
